Cabin Fever

Sorry I don't have any new pictures to share, but I've been lazy and really haven't taken many pictures lately.
As you may have heard we are experiencing a bit of civil unrest here in Bangkok.

We have been at home since Thursday night and have no idea how long it will be before we can really venture out again. We have at least been able to go for a short walk each morning and we have visited the grocery store several times to stock up on food and diapers.

All of this time at home has left us all a little stir-crazy. Asher has been spending a lot of time watching Baby Einstein videos and playing cars with Daddy. We have spent hours reading books, watering the plants outside and talking to Mimi on skype.

Asher is talking more and more every day. Thanks to the Baby Einstein videos he has added the words boat, dolphin, fish, and drink to his vocabulary. His favorite words are still car, bye bye and bus.

We are supposed to have an ultrasound this Thursday, but considering that the hospital is right on the line between military and Red Shirts I doubt we will be going. Hopefully we will be able to get to the hospital soon and see our newest family member for the first time.
